Job Description:

The role of a General Labourer is to provide essential support across our facility. Reporting to the shop supervisor, the General Labourer will be responsible for learning various aspects of the manufacturing process and being prepared to assist wherever needed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in operating forklift and overhead crane (training will be provided)
Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Background in manufacturing is an asset.

Duties & Responsibilities May Include:

Painting of parts
Product assembly
Conveyor chain assembly
Material handling
General cleaning as required.
Assisting with various tasks throughout the shop
Strict adherence to all safety requirements and the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
