Plant Manager

James is the Plant Manager at MC3. He has a great understanding of human behaviour and a great understanding of Business from inception to AR, making him an expert in leadership development.

He started his career as a supervisor in the Automotive Industry more than 20 years ago, focusing on personal growth.

James loves building and strengthening the employee-employer dynamic. “As the employee-employer relations progress, there will be a deep understanding that we are focused on the most important investment to the Company: the people.

If we focus on the people, the people will take care of the Company’s 2nd most important investment: the Customer.”

Outside of work James enjoys travelling, reading, sporting activities and mentoring.

The way of doing business has changed where people are looking for a different type of Leadership: Servant Leadership. Consequently, in James’s spare time, He holds Leadership Seminars.
