Like his brother and business partner Abe, John has a long history in the conveyor industry. He started out in a fabrication shop in 1991 where he worked for 8 years, before starting Master Conveyors with Abe. The brothers decided to rebrand Master Conveyors to MC3 Manufacturing, a name that has become synonymous with quality, durability and integrity.
John oversees many aspects of MC3’s day-to-day operations including production, scheduling, customer interactions, purchasing and human resources. He values the team at MC3 because of its dedication to MC3's commitments, including quality and efficiency.
When John’s not at MC3, you can find him outside on his hobby farm tending to his crops and raising cattle and chickens. John also enjoys cooking and spending time in the woods hunting.
John once faced every parent’s worst nightmare – the police showed up on his door in the middle of the night. John’s son was safely inside – it was his cows that had run away. It’s still a mystery as to how they got the gate open, but the neighbour’s farm was clearly their destination that night. The flashing lights of the cop and animal control cars made it easy to find out where the cows were. But to this day John doesn’t know why his cows thought the grass was greener at his neighbour’s farm.
