Our company is expanding, and we are actively seeking skilled CNC Lathe and CNC Milling operators to become valued members of our team.

Requirements

Proven track record as a CNC operator
Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement instruments
Adeptness in interpreting mechanical documents and drawings
Computer literacy with a fundamental grasp of computer programming and CAD/CAM
Mechanical aptitude and strong mathematical skills
A meticulous eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset
Effective communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent; certification or diploma in engineering or a relevant discipline is a bonus.
Successful completion of an apprenticeship is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Prepare and operate CNC machines for tasks including drilling, grinding, and milling.
Comprehend task specifications and desired outcomes by analyzing blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Translate instructions into computer commands to ensure precise machine function.
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
Conduct test runs to validate machine outputs against specifications.
Configure machines to execute full cycles for the fabrication of multiple parts.
Supervise machine operations, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them to requirements to ensure proper completion.
Perform daily machinery checks and maintenance to ensure continuous functionality.
