MC3 gravity bed filter conveyor systems provide coolant filtration for particle sizes ranging from 5 to 100 microns. The strainer-supported filtration roll media collects chips and fines as coolant passes to the tank. When contaminants build up on the media roll, it automatically advances, so you don’t need to constantly monitor it. You can also program this convenient feature to coordinate with machine cycles, which makes this system truly customizable. The filter deposits any chips and fine scrap into a steel swarf hopper.
Gravity bed filters are ideal for filtering light metal fines from grinding, honing, and Swiss-type screw machines. Systems can be customized to your specific application.
