MC3 gravity bed filter conveyor systems provide coolant filtration for particle sizes ranging from 5 to 100 microns. This system is available in two models with seven standard sizes to handle flow rates from 10 to 100 GPM. These options allow you to adapt the size of your system to your specific needs.

The strainer-supported filtration roll media collects chips and fines as coolant passes to the tank. When contaminants build up on the media roll, it automatically advances, so you don’t need to constantly monitor it. You can also program this convenient feature to coordinate with machine cycles, which makes this system truly customizable. The filter deposits any chips and fine scrap into a steel swarf hopper.
