When we started MC3 in 2000, we had a dream, two employees, a small shop, and some equipment. The dream, however, was much larger than that. More than two decades later, many people have joined us in making that dream of designing custom-manufactured, high-quality, innovative conveyor systems a reality.
Our team has been and will always be our first focus. We simply can’t accomplish anything without our people. They each bring their own unique skills and their own dreams that drive them to grow with us. We’re proud to support them with the latest technology, training, and growth opportunities. As they hone their skill sets, our products never stop improving. We’ve always been committed to attracting and retaining the best talent with the “can-do” attitude that produces the top quality our customers require. We’re proud that so many of our team leaders came up in the company. Their interest in staying with us, constantly working on their own growth, and inspiring others to keep improving is one of the best ways we know we’re on the right track.
We get out of bed every morning, not with a plan to please our clients but to surpass their expectations. We’re a one-stop shop, and it doesn’t matter if it’s trimming costs, engineering, production, finishing, or shipping -we’re going to find a way to do better than we’ve promised to our clients. That’s the discipline. We appreciate our clients and the opportunities they afford us. We’ve developed our own Manufacturing Execution System software -Flow. Flow is now at the center of our operations, allowing all of our team members to coordinate on every aspect of our client’s projects. We got the idea for Flow when we had difficulty balancing various jobs together. Although our ERP software was powerful, we simply needed more. So we began working with our in-house software developers and created Flow to work precisely how we work. Now we have total transparency and traceability. Any aspect of a client’s project can be tracked, assessed, and adjusted as needed in the production timeline. Changes in one area of a project no longer blindside other team members working on other areas. Flow has become vital to our operations. It’s allowing us to bring better products to our clients cheaper and faster. We will soon begin offering Flow to other companies -it’s that good.
We’ve benefitted from both hard work and great fortune. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunities we continue to have, and spreading that gratitude in the community is central to our own growth. Saving lives and changing families, Windsor Life Centre provides support services for women recovering from addiction and trauma. They create a safe haven for these women where they can heal and do the tough work. It is their goal to see them transition back into their communities, return to work, further their education and be healthier mothers for their children.
For the last 70 years, Compassion has fought global poverty, helping two million children, families, and communities each year.
Grace Mission focuses on equipping and assisting National ministers in Haiti and Mexico.
In Haiti, we have 42 churches, an orphanage and a senior home, rescuing the most desperate, helpless people in Haiti.
In Mexico, our three prominent families lead three churches with ministries for children, counselling, evangelism and discipleship, and physical and spiritual aid for desperate women in difficult and dangerous situations.
We intend to keep growing our professionalism, our focus, and our outreach in our community. It all flows from that central tenet: our team is the center of our entire culture.
