The Job: Logistics Coordinator

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operational success, with responsibilities that include:

Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with transportation, storage, and handling regulations and company policies for materials and products.
Negotiating freight rates.
U.S. Customs regulations and procedures, responsible for managing documentation, tariff classification, valuation, duty, and tariffs, and ISF compliance.

Qualifications:

Experience: Experience in logistics coordination or related roles is preferred but we are willing to train.
Proven ability to coordinate logistics activities and optimize supply chain processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to logistics.
Computer skills.
