“I love that we get to create products that help our customers across North America succeed at what they do.”
CEO
You could say Abe has lived and breathed conveyor equipment since he was 18, when he started work as a general labourer in a fabrication shop. Realizing the industry was a good fit for him, he worked his way up to design and management. Abe started Master Conveyors with his brother John in 2000, and rebranded the company to MC3 Manufacturing.
Abe oversees business development and IT infrastructure for MC3. Like any good leader, Abe is committed to ensuring that MC3 provides a great workplace culture for the team. A self-described “people-first leader”, he attributes MC3’s growth success to his and John’s commitment to its people and customers. He credits the MC3 team as the reason for the company’s continuous growth over the past 21 years.
Abe enjoys rebuilding ATV engines with his son. He is an accomplished cook and loves hunting.
While doing some boxing at his local gym, Abe was asked if he would be interested in boxing in the Transition to Betterness (t2b.ca) celebrity boxing tournament. Abe readily said yes to supporting the Windsor-based charity. With a few months of training under his belt, Abe says it wasn’t the boxing match he found most intimidating – it was the 1000 spectators in the audience!
