Daniel Sacasa

Daniels’ position here at MC3 is Human Resources Manager/ Project Manager.  He started his career working as a manager of a large corporate franchise and brings to MC3 over 18 years of experience.  His experience in the hospitality sector has given him great insight and knowledge in customer service.

Daniels’ area of expertise is People.  He focuses on building relationships with them and helping them to achieve goals.  He also enjoys creating structure through processes, training programs, employee recognition, and incentive programs.

Daniel also brings his love for creating a culture of excellence in the workplace by focusing on helping people realize their true potential and making everyone feel like part of a family. He has filled the position at MC3 honorably.

DOWNTIME

Daniels’ favourite down time is spending it with his lovely wife and 4 amazing children.  They enjoy everything to do with the outdoors.  Camping, hiking, biking, swimming, and playing basketball are just some of the things they love to do together as a family.

FUN FACT

Daniel has a green thumb, and he enjoys growing his own vegetables and then using them to cook amazing meals.  He also loves his smoker where he cooks all kinds of delicious food. He expresses that the best part of all these things is when he can share and enjoy fellowship around a meal.
